Calendar View

This viewing feature enables the user to visually see batch and production schedules on calendar. The calender view can be switched between Scheduled Batch and Period Production filters.

General Functions

•	Heading: The top title bar will display the month and year you are looking at.

•	Scrolling: By using the scroll bar on the right hand side of the window you can move forward and back through the year.

•	Drop Down Box: Select between Pre Post Batch, Period Production and Production Batch.

•	Print: Prints the calendar view that is currently displayed.

•	Changing Views: By right clicking the mouse you can select from Monthly, Weekly and Daily View.

Shortcuts

•	Ctrl-M - Monthly View

•	Ctrl-W - Weekly View

•	Ctrl-D - Daily View

Production Representation

All production is represented by colored bars with a start and end that was defined in the batch / production. Each bar has a text title on the bar that describes the batch / production and the start and end date. By double clicking on the bar, the appropriate editor dialog will pop open.
