Illinois AER Report

Purpose: Generate applicable AER Reports that are required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency on an annual basis.  This implementation includes specific forms for Process, Storage Tank, Control Device, and Stack.  Additional information may be obtained at the agency's AER website:  <http://www.epa.state.il.us/air/aer/>

Description: All production records in the report period are reviewed.  Specific values are calculated during the analysis phase and are used to populate key fields on each of the AER Forms.  Additional information for the AER is retrieved from different database sources (compound classifications, equipment, stacks, storage tanks, and equipment-modes).  The AER Process report is consolidated across all processes for each equipment item unless a specific equipment-process mode is established in the Equipment Mode database.

Additional Requirements: Database records (Chemical, Equipment, Stack, Control Device) need to be fully populated with data (Regulatory ID, Regulatory Description, Equipment service dates, etc) that is required for the AER.  Equipment-Process Modes should be defined for special equipment-process combinations that require a dedicated AER Process Report.
