NJ Sub 16VOC Report (post-run)
The NJ Subchapter 16 VOC analysis is required of the NJ DEQ-117F report. The sum of all VOC vapor pressures at 70°F and moles are calculated for each activity for each vessel. The overall mole fraction of VOC vapors that are contained in the final emissions are calculated along with the average composite VOC vapor pressure. The average composite VOC vapor pressure and the % VOC (mole/mole) in the final emissions are used in retrieving the NJ Subchapter 16 exclusion rate.
The following report is an example of a NJ Subchapter 16 VOC analysis where the average composite VOC vapor pressure 27.6786 mm Hg and the % VOC in the final emissions was 1.45%. This resulted in a NJ Subchapter 16 Range C, 15% vol/vol VOC concentration limit, and 2.5 lb/hr rate limit.
