Importing From EPA Tanks

Climate data for storage tank calculations may be imported from the EPA Tanks program.  The EPA Tanks can be downloaded from the following EPA Web Site location TANKS Emission Estimation Software .  After the program is installed the data can be imported from the EPA Tanks climate database 'tankdata.mdb' by way of the 'Options\Data Migration' menu in Emission Master.  Select the "Browse files" tab.

Fixed roof storage tank records that exist in the EPA Tanks program may also be imported into Emission Master.  Import existing EPA Tanks equipment records through the same 'Options\Data Migration' menu.  Note that the EPA Tanks climate database 'tankdata.mdb' is a separate file than the one that contains the users tank record data.  When selecting the EPA Tanks equipment database, Emission Master will verify that the file is acceptable for importing.
