Oregon Annual Emission Statement Report
Background: Oregon's 2016 Cleaner Air Oregon Program
requires certain permittees to calculate their emissions for the EPA's list of
187 Hazardous Pollutants and submit them electronically by May 1, 2017.
Emissions Accountant was recently expanded to auto-generate the data needed.
Once generated, the data is output directly to the Oregon Report.
Purpose: Report on the emissions for each Emission Unit that participated in the
production operations in the reporting folder. Generate a report that has been
designed based on typical Oregon DEQ emission statement needs.
Description: All production records in the report period are calculated and
reviewed. Compound emissions are grouped by Emission Unit and output to the
Emission Units & Activities page of the Oregon DEQ Emission Statement Excel
workbook. Output for each Emission Unit are the actual yearly production,
projected maximum production possible, and any control devices and overall
control efficiency that were featured in the processes. Output for each compound
are the emission factor (EF), yearly emissions, and projected yearly maximum
Additional Requirements: This report will output directly to
the Oregon Annual Emissions Report as retrieved from the Oregon DEQ website.
This report features 633 prelisted compounds of interest. Emissions Accountant
searches through the listed compounds to match the compounds that were emitted
with the compounds that are listed in the report. Compounds that are not present
in the Oregon DEQ list may be added to the Emission Unit and Activities
worksheet as part of the preparation work prior to finalizing the report for
Application: This report is used when preparing to
submit the annual Oregon DEQ Air Emission Statement for a given year.
