Custom Grouped Report
The Custom Grouped Report is a user defined or Ad hoc report for general use. The advantage of this report is the flexibility of selecting grouped criteria (i.e. Vent ID, Vessel Name, Activity Type etc..) and reporting it over a range of time. The Custom Grouped Report provides a high degree of flexibility. However, due to the complex nature of the way that the report is generated the amount of time required to complete this report will vary. The more fields that are specified in the final report the longer the processing time will be required.
Custom Grouped Report Features
| • | Available: This box shows the available fields that your report can use. |
| • | Used: This shows the selected fields that will be used for your report as well as the order they will appear in the report. |
| • | Order /\ \/ : This will move the selected field in the Used display box up or down one position. This determines the order the field will appear in the report. |
| • | Range: Determine the appropriate period of time for your report. You can select from pre-defined time lines such as: Year, First Quarter, Second Quarter, Third, Fourth, month or a user defined Custom Range. |
| • | Period Start / End: shows the period that is defined in the range. |
| • | Recently Used Groups: Allows you to select from groups that have been used in the past. |
