Period Production

 

 

Manage repetitive process operations that fall within specified time frames from the Period Production interface.  Time periods may be selected from a standard list or customized as required.  The user can enter the number of batches produced within the period.  For reporting purposes the actual batches are evenly distributed across the period time frame. 

 

Period Production Manager Features

Add Product: Enter a new product to the Product/Processes List.  A product is what is ultimately being produced in the factory and involves one or more different processes.  For example, a product might include a reaction process, isolation process, and a purification process.   Other process that might be considered as part of a product might be vessel clean out procedures and solvent recovery operations. 
Add Process: Open the Process Editor to enter a process for the selected product and to associate the new process with Emission Master data that is either internal or external to Emissions Accountant.  If the emissions data is external to the system then it must be imported from a *.csv file.
Edit: Modify a selected product record to change its name.  Edit a selected process to bring up the Process Editor for revising the process name or associated Emission Master data set. 
Delete: Delete the selected product or process from the Product/Process list.
Add Period Production: Adds a user defined number of batches for the selected process by opening the Period Production Dialog.
Edit Period Production: Open the Period Production Dialog to make changes to the selected production record. 
Delete Period Production: Delete the selected Period Production in the right Display Box.
